London police charge 18-year-old man over Parsons Green bomb attack
British police said on Friday they had charged an 18-year-old man with attempted murder in connection with last week’s bomb attack at Parsons Green station in London.
The Metropolitan police also charged Ahmed Hassan, 18, of Sunbury, Surrey, southern England, with explosive offences.
The police said three other males, aged 25, 30 and 17 remain in custody in connection with the investigation.
Two other males were released on Thursday.
On 15 September 2017 an explosion occurred on a District line train at Parsons Green tube station, in London, England. Thirty people were treated in hospital or an urgent care centre, mostly for burn injuries. The incident is being treated by the Metropolitan Police as a terrorist attack.
