Dennis Rodman is back to North Korea and met with a women’s basketball team
Former NBA star Dennis Rodman has travelled repeatedly to North Korea and has a close relationship with its leader Kim Jong Un. During his latest visit in the isolated country, Rodman had a low-key approach visiting a women’s basketball team and the birthplace of the North Korea founder Kim II Sung.
Rodman discussed with the players and also has scheduled a meeting with the sports minister of the authoritarian state. He is also expected to visit a newly built high-tech science complex, the Pyongyang Zoo and go bowling.

The United States and North Korea official said that Rodman’s visit is not connected with the recent release of the imprisoned American student Otto Warmbier.
