Donald Trump sued over president’s business benefits

The state of Maryland has filed a lawsuit this Monday against Trump’s big spending habits for foreign “diplomats” and embassies at the Trump International Hotel. Maryland’s suit, accused Donald Trump of deliberate violation of the United States Constitution, to serve his business ends and line his own pockets with state and taxpayers money.

The argument stems from them legislature that prohibits a United States President from using charity funds and taxpayer money to further Trump’s business assets and become rich at the expense of the poor and working-class Americans.

Sean Spicer has branded the lawsuits as political chess pieces moving. Partisan politics may remain a primary reason for the lawsuit against President of the United States Donald Trump, but this will not guarantee victory in the courts.

Only if other states press similar charges, may the case have a chance of endangering the presidency to terms of impeachment, and direct violation of the United States Constitution tends to refer to an impeachable offence, as well as deceiving under perjury.
