Viktor and Amalija Knavs, Melania Trump’s parents, arrived at the White House and people are pointing out the resemblance between the First Lady’s father and the President of the United States, Donal Trump.
As Melania kept her family life private, a lot of people first saw her parents on their visit to the White House, as the First Lady and her son Barron moved in on Sunday. Many were struck by Viktor Knavs’ appearance, as some say he looks just like Donald Trump. The long tie and the suit Viktor helped with the resemblance.

According to The Mirror, Viktor Knavs was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party and worked as a car salesman in Slovenia. The same source notes Melania’s mother worked as a pattern-maker at a children’s clothing factory in 1966 when she met her husband.
