17 year old in talks with Syrian fighter charged with the intention to commit terrorism.
A young female has been charged with terrorism offences and has been detained in custody, she is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 26 July.
Charged with communicating with a Daesh fighter with the intent of receiving weapons and conducting an attack on the UK. She also consorted to receiving information and training on using a weapon and collaborating with others to implement a plan to execute the act of extremism. The young teenager has been charged following an enquiry by officers from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command. Sandeep Samra, from Alder Road, Aldermans Green had been charged before with acts of preparation and is waiting for a further hearing she will appear at the old Bailey with those charges on Thursday.
Sandeep has been under investigation and her arrest was a pre planned operation. No member of the public was hurt during the time of her arrest.
