We are in the midst of a 16-year-long transformation, all thanks to Pluto moving through Capricorn, the ruling sign of governments, tradition, and patriarchal values. If you’re just noticing the chaos now, this has been a long time coming.
The Twins explained that Pluto has the capacity to incite major spiritual change, but it has a dark side, too: “Pluto is also the ruler of the underworld: In order to make a lasting shift, we also have to see what’s hidden below the surface… Last year marked the halfway point of the Pluto cycle, so it makes sense that all the people resisting a new form of power would come out of the woodwork in full force.”
But, despite Pluto’s best efforts, we won’t stay in the dark for long. The end of 2017 will see Saturn returning to its home sign, Capricorn, which will signal a major astrological gut-check.
“This three-year Saturn cycle, which lasts until December 18, 2020, may strengthen certain institutions and even create a more traditional environment in some cases,” the Twins said. “However, the lying, cheating, narcissistic shenanigans will have to go.”
Translation: The cat is home and playtime is over for the mice.
In the next couple years, you might feel a sudden urge to create — go with that feeling. Eclipses will hit the Aquarius/Leo axis from 2017 to 2019, and the Twins explained that this period “will bring a rise in activism and artistic expression… In fact, the populist Aquarius eclipses could see the red and blue states band together once Saturn is fully flowing through Capricorn in 2018.”
