22-year-old Shemika first landed a spot in the Guinness World Records book in 2010 when she was able to limbo down to an unbelievable eight and a half inches, that’s the size of a bottle of bear. But this next achievement takes everything to the very next level.

The flexibility runs in her family, as her mother also used to be a limbo dancer when she lived in Trinidad and Tobago, but she was forced to give up on her passion because of an injury.

At the moment, Shemika is on tour in the U.S with her family. Every single week she has to see her chiropractor to make sure that everything is fine and that she is in the best shape possible.
