We all know that a snake bite can be rather dangerous and potentially lethal, but few people know exactly the mechanisms that lead to this. Associate Professor Jamie Seymour recently made a demonstration showing the effects of different venom types, and the brown snake venom turns out to be the ”star”. The venom turns blood into jelly, thus clogging the arteries and leading to a certain death.
