VIDEO: This little girl tells talent show judges that Jesus lives in her

Talent shows are a great way to discover fresh faces that can bring a lot to the performance world, and this 5-year-old makes no exception. After a wind blowing performance in which she left the judges speechless with her voice, the adorable little girl declared that Jesus lives in her. It is truly amazing to see such a devoted and young Christian.

Five-year-old Heavenly Joy Jerkins stole the hearts of the entire audience with her singing and tap dancing audition on America’s Got Talent 10!
According to rickey.org, Heavenly is five years old, and the little girl loves singing and tap dancing. Nick walks her out onstage, and she explains to the judges that she’ll be singing and tap dancing for her act. She started singing at age 1, to which Howard says it’s good to start young in the business. He then asks what she’ll do with the million dollars if she wins. In a heart-melting moment, she says she’d give away a lot of it so kids without clothes can have clothing.
Heavenly sings “In Summer” from Frozen. And hot damn, this is a fantastic performance that’s worthy of the standing ovation she gets from the audience. She’s just five years old and she can do all this?! She’s got a great little voice and a lot of dance skill.
Howard compares her to Shirley Temple and says a little Shirley Temple is living inside her. “Not Shirley Temple. Jesus!” Heavenly says. Heidi feels America is going to fall in love with her, and Mel B piles on the well-deserved compliments. Howard feels Heavenly would have made a great Spice Girl with Mel B, to which Heavenly notes she has no idea what a Spice Girl is. “I wasn’t born yet!” she says, and yeah, this kid has way more personality than most people five times her age.
There are so many wonderful things going on with this girl’s audition that we don’t even know on which one we should focus our attention on. For starters, the girl is just adorable, with her beautiful eyes, curly hair and stunning smile. Not only this but when she smiles she seems to brighten the entire room. The only thing that’s more beautiful than her face is her soul.
She’s not only really talented but she wants to help others as well. She thinks about other children who aren’t as fortunate as she is and she has decided all by herself that if she would win the competition she would donate the money to the children that can’t afford a lot of things.
And if all these amazing things weren’t enough and if we still had a little piece of our heart that hadn’t yet melted she completely blew us away with the Jesus line.
After this line everything makes sense. Her look, her glow, her kindness, her talent. Everything. She really seems to have Jesus inside. While we all have Him inside of us, we have to think about this and really realize that He is with us at all times.
If we remember that he is with us at every step, helping us better ourselves and get through anything than not only will we have a better life, but we would make a better world for all of us and for the generations to come.
