VIDEO: Soldier Son Surprises Dad at Teen Prom
United States Army Private Kaleb Bishop was stationed overseas in Seoul, South Korea, over 6,000 miles from home. The time came for his girlfriend Kaitlyn Hendrickson’s prom. Since Kaleb wouldn’t be able to be her date, his father stepped up. What he didn’t know was that there was a surprise waiting for him at the Paola High School. When he and Kaitlyn walked on stage to be introduced and have their picture taken, Private Kaleb Bishop started walking toward them, dressed sharply in full service uniform.
