VIDEO: 5-Year-Old Saves Mother from Drowning
Kaitlyn Cicalese, mother of two, had a sudden seizure while in the shower and passed out, which led her 5-year-old son to believe she was dead. At that moment, little Sal Cicalese took his baby sister, wrapped her into a blanket so that she would feel warm and safe and walked over to their neighbor, Jessica Penoyer, looking help. At first, Jessica didn’t understand what the child was saying but when she finally did, she called 911. Fortunately, she did it just in time and Kaitlyn received the medical attention she needed. She was very grateful to her son for acting the way he acted and she explained that otherwise she would’ve drowned in the shower, as she was passed out right under the faucet.
