A drive isn’t complete unless you treat each of your senses. Such is how we describe our experience from taking to the steering of the Audi A4. An eighth generation model, known as the best seller in the company, it is offered in three engine options of 3.0 litre TDI quattro (only available on order), 2.0 litre TDI (one we tried) and a 1.8 TFSI (front wheel drive).
The powerful 2.0 litre model is a 4 cylinder diesel car, or as Audi calls it the 35 TDI, that churns out 177 BHP, when accelerated from standstill position to 100 km/h, in 8.8 seconds. Offering such a performance, it clearly is the bestseller in its ilk.
