According to luxpresso.com, the Maltese Falcon is one of world’s largest sailing yachts created by yacht-making company Burgees. Sold in 2009, the yacht is now available for charter, in case you intend on cruising across the Mediterranean.
With swanky white sails doubling up as large movie screens to the class-apart interiors handcrafted to symbolise the owner’s status.
Chartering a yacht for a vacation is an old trend that seems to be catching up amongst billionaires who intend on travelling to destinations like the Caribbean and Mediterranean. The interiors of this yacht is done up in shades of camel, marsala, wood and ivory coloured walls. The furniture with a glossy finish is complemented by patent leather upholstered sofas and chairs; the floors are dressed in faux fur carpets across the yacht interiors.
With six bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, the best room is undeniably the master suite positioned on the upper deck which opens to a private deck area adorned with wooden loungers, in case you wish to soak in some sun.
Alongside amenities that facilitate partying and exercise, the yacht also features a Jacuzzi and RYA trained personal watercrafts to explore the surroundings of the destination your yacht is anchored at.
However, the one thing that caught our attention is the huge hand-stitched white sail which by day help in accelerating the movement of the yacht, and by night turn into large screens playing movies complemented by a state-of-the-art audio system.
So while you fulfill your dreams of sailing on an actual sail-yacht, it just serves as an added bonus to have these technologically advancements to up your experience.
