Take a Look Inside the New Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ship
After about 13 years, the famous cruise brand Regent Seven Seas Cruises is finally debuting their highly luxurious vessel called the Seven Seas Explorer.
Princess Charlene of Monaco will be christening the ship soon before it starts to sail across the Mediterranean Sea for the inaugural season.
The ship is elegant and full of glamor and class from top to bottom. The Seven Seas Explorer will sail for a week-long voyage across exotic destinations. It can hold up to 750 passengers.
According to luxpresso.com, the cruise ship was built in Miami and it will have a line-up of high-end restaurants, all-balcony suites and entertainment by leading celebrities.
The cruise flaunts a white steel body with azul blue lines; the interiors feature stunning hand-carved motifs on cream and beige concrete walls with gold detailing.
In fact, in total, the luxury cruise features 5000 crystal chandeliers and 2500 art pieces, two painted by Picasso.
Talking about the accommodations, the Seven Seas Explorer features 16 styles of suites. While the basic is the Verandah suite, the most sumptuous option meant for a billionaire is the Regent Suite.
This $10,000 per night suite features a separate in-room spa, and extends up to 2,917 ft, with a balcony measuring approx 960 ft. The room demonstrates marble flooring with a carpeted bedroom area and savoir kings-size bed.
The suite hosts amenities specially designed by Hermès and L’Occitane; the guests are looked after by a private butler.
The cruise will have onboard a total of eight restaurants, including Pool Grill which dishes out the most exotic seafood platters and barbeques.
While Compass Rose is the flagship restaurant of the cruise, serving continental cuisine; The Café, Sette Meri, La Verandah and Prime 7 will host all-day buffets serving an assortment of local and international cuisines.
The Pacific Rim and Chartreuse are authentic restaurants serving Asian and French cuisine respectively.
Besides celebrating molecular gastronomy, the restaurant’s interiors itself feature specs of their origin, giving the guest a holistic experience of dining ashore.
With a total of 11 decks, the Seven Seas Cruise features a stunning pool on the uppermost deck.
Crafted in teak, the pool area hosts cushioned pool loungers with two whirlpool ponds and Jacuzzi.
Equipped with branded accessories, the pool is under surveillance by a professional crew.
Alongside the pool, the cruise also features a separate entertainment room for kids and adults.
There are designated card rooms and activity rooms for the crew to host special classes, be it Zumba or even culinary arts. It also features a library with the latest books and literature.
As part of the activities, the concierge onboard will curate special tours whenever the cruise is off-shore.
In fact, those booking for December 2016 will be able to ring in New Years in Miami.
