VIDEO: Man Runs Into Traffic and Gets Hit by Car. After Flying Through the Air He Gets Up and Leaves
Every single time you cross the street you should be extra careful. You should only cross on the crossing or where there is a stop light and always look both sides, even if it’s a one-way street.
You never know when someone will lose control of the car, not see you and hit you.
You can even die from such a thing so make sure to always check before crossing.
People get hit on the sidewalk or on the crossing as well so be extra careful because no one can take care of you except for you.
According to dailymail.co.uk, a man who ran out into a busy Boston street and was hit by a car was captured on video getting straight up on his feet and walking away from the scene.
The incident occurred last week in Mattapan. The dash cam footage shows the pedestrian being struck by a passing SUV.
The man rolls up onto the hood of the vehicle and is then thrown forward, hitting the road.
Video of the incident was uploaded to YouTube and has been viewed more than 14,000 times.
The driver who posted the video said the crash took place at the intersection of Morton Street and Blue Hill Avenue on Thursday around 6.30pm, according to CBS Boston.
Boston Police said they were aware of the video, but no one reported the incident. This seems to happen quite a lot and the police can’t do anything if no one comes to them with information.
This isn’t the first time we see up close and personal an incident in which a person gets hit by a car.
A young schoolboy was hit by a moving car and flung across a busy road when he ran into the street because the nearest crossing was 10 minutes away.
The child, who was still wearing his green school uniform, sprinted across the road from behind a stationary bus.
But he failed to see the vehicle which was being driven down the road and was immediately struck by the car in a residential area of Jurong West in Singapore.
He was then knocked high into the air and across the bonnet before he landed awkwardly on the road – nearly into the path of a bus driving in the opposite direction.
Shocked bystanders then rushed over to the youngster who seemed to struggle to stand up and found it difficult to walk.
The footage, captured on a dashboard camera, has notched up several million views after it was posted online by user ‘Suzy Adorabella Lyliana’ on road safety websites.
