A toddler was having a great time driving around in his huge toy car with his best friend, the family dog. They were minding their own business and having fun until a cop came along.
He gave the child a ticket that said that he was going too fast. Of course, the entire thing was actually an endearing joke as well as a lesson about not speeding.
