Adele reveals how she lost weight by cutting this one thing out of her diet
Adele is rumoured to have lost 50 pounds since 2007 and her secret to a slim figure involved cutting only one thing from her diet, according to Express.
Despite her reluctance to talk about the issue, the 29-year-old has briefly addressed it in the past and revealed that, besides exercising and changing her diet, she cut out just one thing.
While speaking to the Sun about getting in shape, she revealed that cutting out tea made a huge difference.
“I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day. Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever,” Adele said.
However, she didn’t lose weight to please everyone else, as she previously spoke about how she never had a problem with the way she looks.
“I’d rather have lunch with my friends than go to the gym,” she said. “I enjoy being me, I always have done. I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, you know, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and it wears them down. And I don’t want that in my life.”
