This woman was on a small boat in the open ocean, when she spotted a whale and reached out her hand to it. The whale got close enough to the boat for the woman to touch it, leading to general enthusiasm among the other passengers on the boat as well. After a little while, the calf of the whale comes out of the water as well, being friendly to the humans on the boat.
