A leaked Tesla document confirms specifications of the Model 3, including the fact that it will have a range of over 215 miles, Inhabitat.com reports.
Tesla is yet to reveal the official performance specifications for the upcoming Model 3 sedan, yet this leaked document provided plenty of information regarding the vehicle.
Although it looks more like a way of educating the sales staff about how to sell the Model S over Model 3, highlighting the advantages Model S has over Model 3, the document reveals that Model 3 will have a driving range of over 215 miles. This means that it is way ahead f any other electric car within its price range.
In addition, the Model 3 will be capable of reaching 100 km/h in 5,6 seconds and it will lack several features of the Model S, such as only 100 configurations instead of over 1,500 and a ”pay per use” access to to Tesla’s Supercharger network.
Tesla Model 3 is due to start production in 2018.
