This £22 night cream has a waiting list of over 7.5k. How is this possible
The original fans of Marks and Spencer’s Formula Absolute Ultimate Sleep Cream have been for months on a waiting list that now reached over 7,500 people.
The £22 night cream claims that it “makes you look like you’ve had 8 hours sleep (even when you haven’t)”. The intriguing thing is that the cream did not have either a huge advertising campaign, nor wide presence on social media.
The secret to the cream’s success is the fact that it actually works. “It contains our most proven anti-wrinkle peptide, as well as a new hydrating PatcH2O complex, which forms an invisible micro-matrix on the skin, releasing active ingredients slowly,” explains Will Cook, technologist at M&S Beauty. Basically, it hydrates the skin while you sleep.
“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and we hear time and time again that this is the best night product people have used,” Will Cook further adds.
The cream will be back in stock this week, so make sure you get a pot before you end up on another months-long waiting list.
