Jacqueline Bisset’s entertainment career

Born on September 13, 1944, Jacqueline Bisset was a talented actress ever since her first credited film role in the 1966 French film Cul-De-Sac. As the years went on, however, Bisset had even more roles in both English and French. Many of her roles also led to critical acclaim as she amassed a stellar body of work. In fact, she received her first Golden Globe nomination in 1969 as the “Most Promising Newcomer – Female” in the film The Sweet Ride (1968). Bisset would then go on to receive nominations for both major motion pictures and television productions. She also finally won her first Golden Globe (which was also her fifth nomination) for her supporting role in Dancing on the Edge (2013).
Even at the age of 73, Jacqueline Bisset is still working diligently. She is currently filming Best Day of My Life in the role of Jeanne. She also began pre-production for a project titled Fake mother which is set for release in 2018.
