Former Top Gear presenter, Richard Hammond, suffers harrowing car crash.
Whilst filming for his new show with his former Top Gear co-hosts, James May and Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond suffered a harrowing crash.
It happened in Switzerland whilst the boys were filming a piece for their worldwide successful show ‘The Grand Tour’. Jeremy Clarkson, via Twitter, had this to say:

“It was the biggest crash I’ve ever seen and the most frightening but incredibly, and thankfully, Richard seems to be mostly OK.”
There seems to be some panic with his devout fans about his safety but his cohosts are there letting you know that everything is okay. Whilst the crash photos look like the most horrendous crash you have ever seen, it seems the Hamster is doing A-OKAY.
So, thankfully, the speed demon seems to be okay and will probably be back filming very soon. This crash, though, comes 8 years after his near fatal car crash whilst filming a segment for his former show Top Gear in which he nearly died driving a jet engined car.
Richard Hammond, the man we all know and love, will be making his return shortly and he probably won’t be driving slowly either!
