Katy Perry has added another villa to her collection. The Chained to the Rhythm singer agreed to pay $19 million for a hidden gem within Beverly Hills’ most gated community.
According to TMZ, the star agreed to pay $19 million for a Beverly Hills mansion in the celebrity packed Coldwater Canyon Drive.
The mega villa is situated at the end of a long private drive.
According to reports, the private driveway can accommodate numerous guests just in case the singer feels like inviting all her star friends over.
Described as contemporary, yet classic, the villa has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and over 5,000 square feet. There is ample natural light and the house comes complete with three fireplaces. The porches are perfect for admiring the surrounding woods as the property is neighbouring undeveloped land.
One of the most spectacular features is the double infinity pool, surrounded by eucalyptus trees and offering a magnificent view.
According to Variety, the mansion was owned by C-Note Records owner Cody Leibel, heir of a substantial Canadian home building fortune. If rumours are true, Leibel will make a pretty profit on the sale as he reportedly bought the home for a little over $9 million back in 2007.
Coldwater Canyon is home to stars like Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
