Kelly Clarkson is joining ”The Voice” as a coach
NBC has announced that Kelly Clarkson will be joining season 14 of “The Voice” as a coach, CNN reports.
Kelly Clarkson, singer-songwriter and winner of the first season of “American Idol”, was announced to join season 14 of “The Voice” one day after NBC announced that Jennifer Hudson will be joining Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as a coach on season 13.
Clarkson, who had previously appeared on the show as an adviser and performer, broke the news on a Facebook live alongside Black Shelton.

This move comes as a blow to ABC’s “American Idol” which, after being a year off air, was decided to be revived by the network.
