Ivanka Trump’s book to debut as a bestseller
Ivanka Trump’s new book, “Women Who Work”, is set to debut at the no.4 slot on the New York Times Best-seller List of advice, how-to and miscellaneous books, with New York Times to publish the list on May 12, CNN reports.
“Women Who Work”, which was released on May 2, offers advice for women and mothers that are caught in the workspace and are trying to balance their jobs and personal lives.
The book, featuring quotes from Socrates to Toni Morrison, was met with a rather mixed set of reviews, with New York Times’s Jennifer Senior calling the work “a strawberry milkshake of inspirational quotes” and some of the personalities that were quoted not being too pleased about being included in it.

For instance, conservationist Jane Goodall said that “I sincerely hope she will take the full import of my words to heart. Legislation that was passed by previous governments to protect wildlife such as the Endangered Species Act create national monuments and other clean air and water legislation have all been jeopardised by this administration,” criticizing the environmental policies of the current administration.
Ivanka Trump previously said that any royalties from the book will be donated to charity.
