Am I the only one that still binge-watches “Friends” on Netflix?
For all of those “Friends”- fanatic like me, once you watch all ten seasons over and over again you began to notice certain qualities and characteristics for each of the six-some portray.
For example: Monica is a compulsive, “neat-freak”, with a tendency to pleas everyone, Phoebe is a “free as a bird”, go with the flow, but will kick your butt if need be person. etc. But the one character that sticks out the most and doesn’t get much appreciation is the lovable, albeit awkward Chandler Bing.

Most people could relate more to Ross Gellar, the smart, handsome professor that was a geek in high school but still won over the girl of his dreams. Even Joey, the struggling actor that wasn’t too bright but had a heart of gold.
Chandler, was always the odd man out. The guy who couldn’t quite get the girl, told jokes to avoid dramatic situations, and worked a job that no one really knew what it entailed.
Despite all of this, Chandler is honestly the most admirable friend on the hit sitcom and is the true inspiration to the infamous hashtag #friendshipgoals .

Whether it was through a laugh out joke or sarcastic dry humor, Chandler always gave it to his friends straight. In life, a real friend will keep it honest with you even if it pains them. Honesty is the best policy, and if your luck, your friend will make it enjoyable like Chandler did.

Chandler and Joey were roommates from season 1-6. While Joey was on his way to stardom, he didn’t exactly have a stable job to keep him afloat. Chandler selflessly covered his friend’s bills, auditions, head-shots; whatever he needed. Chandler’s support of his friend’s passion is motivating all on it’s own. It’s more than shelling out hundreds of dollars on your friend, just sometimes supporting their dreams whether they be crazy or realistic is all they need.
He loved Monica unconditionally:
Chandler and Monica were the best of friends since season 1. After a romantic rendezvous in London, the two lovebirds began a beautiful love story that went through difficult hardships. Even though their story had a happy ending, the steps to get there were painful but nonetheless, Chandler stood by his wife and best friend and gave her everything she wanted.
