Joanne the Scammer may have scammed her way into expanding her shady empire.
In a Never Before podcast with host Janet Mock, Branden Miller–Joanne’s alter ego, and quite possibly a fictional character–revealed details about a potential Netflix series. Miller told Mock that Joanne’s Instagram only depicts “little snippets of her life” and the latest scams she’s concocted. However, he mentioned, when it comes to Netflix, “[T]he show will give you the whole storyline.”
Miller also announced that the storyline is currently being written by “someone from Netflix”.

Although Miller couldn’t divulge further details about the possible project, the plot lines could be endless. Perhaps Joanne will have some very famous guest stars as she was seen on Instagram with singers Katy Perry and Solange Knowles.
