By the end of the year, Tesla plans to build up to 20,000 Model 3 cars per month, according to Elon Musk.
Tesla’s been getting ready for Model 3 by advancing manufacturing, expanding its charging network, improving service, and opening more retail stores. Still, the company announced that while Model 3 is ‘smaller, simpler’ it will come with far fewer options than Model S.
The Model 3 will offer a range of at least 215 miles (346 km).
