Serena Williams responds to John McEnroe insult
Female tennis player Serena Williams responded on Twitter to an insult that male tennis player John McEnroe aimed at her.
John McEnroe stated in the weekend that Williams is the “best female player ever ― no question,” but then added that she would be ranked “like, 700″ if she played in the men’s circuit.
The statement was not left unobserved by Williams, who tweeted that his statements are not ”factually based” and that McEnroe should respect her privacy as she is having a baby.
