Vanessa Hudgens joins ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ as A judge for season 14

Vanessa Hudgens showed the world her moves in Disney’s High School Musical a decade ago and Grease Live! last year. Now it’s time for her to improve the movements and skills of other people.
Fox today released a statement that the Powerless star is set to judge on the hit show So You Think You Can Dance season 14, which premieres June 12th.
Hudgens appeared in a promo for the show a few weeks prior, and she’ll make her debut during the Los Angeles auditions.

Fellow judge Nigel Lythgoe stated, “I am so excited for Vanessa to join Mary [Murphy] and me on the judging panel for the 14th season of So You Think You Can Dance. There was instant chemistry in the audition rounds, and I know the SYTYCD fans will love her as much as we do. Vanessa is an accomplished artist and brings her own brand of enthusiasm and energy to our panel.”
Hudgens began her journey to fame working in musical theater at an early age before striking her role in High School Musical. She also co-starred in the DC Comics live-action comedy Powerless, which aired on NBC last season. Hudgens also debuted in Broadway’s revival of Gigi in 2016
