Both comedians felt it necessary to continue despite racial tension.
USA- Alex Reymundo and William Lee Martin are both successful comedians in their own light. Martin has appeared on CMT and Headlined Multiple Shows.
This tour headlined by both legends is special to fans on both sides of the spectrum. However, with support always comes adversity.

Some fans felt it was not something they wanted to see from either comedian.
“TigerCub” on YouTube, stated, “Southern people do not want to watch your Mexican sidekick. If you want more subs, and views get with the program. We are Americans not Global!”
The user “Tiger Cub” was reached out to for comment, however did not return the request.
Reymundo expressed his opinion to EvoNews. “It is funny how something so ignorant can really hurt a person. I was stunned, and taken back after reading the remarks. For me being a Texan, and when I have encountered this type of backlash, I am amazed at the level of ignorance along with my own reaction. I realize quickly how some people act based on ignorance. I felt like I needed to respond with “inteligencia”, and represent myself properly.”
While the tour was not originally meant to be placed on this type of platform, Reymundo and Martin were adamant to continue with the tour despite of it.
The Tex-Mex Comedy Tour has stops in Denver, and San Antonio coming up this year.
