Taking care of your face can be problematic for many people. Specialists warn, though, that beyond situations in which there is a serious issue, the skin can be affected by the unhealthy habits regarding its washing.
For example, many think that if you wash your face more rarely, your skin will be more moisturized. In reality, this can lead to acne, according to dermatologist Erin Gilbert.
It is therefore important to wash your face daily or even twice a day.
A less known fact is that the products you use for washing your face should be changed depending on the season.
For example, during the summer you should use astringent products, while during the winter, ”gentler” products that do not contain soap should be used instead.
