Elon Musk and Ashley St Clair’s legal dispute has escalated, with St Clair provocatively claiming, “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child” regarding their ongoing paternity controversy.

The Tesla CEO has disclosed substantial financial support for the 26-year-old influencer, including a multi-million dollar lump sum and an annual salary. In a Twitter video the platform Musk owns St Clair addressed reporters while showcasing a $100,000 vehicle reportedly gifted to her.

When questioned about selling the electric vehicle, she stated, “I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.”

St Clair further criticized Musk’s approach, asserting, “That’s his modus operandi when women speak out. The markets are catching up to what I have known for a long time.”

Musk responded candidly: “I don’t know if the child is mine, but I’m not against finding out. No court order is needed. Despite uncertainty, I’ve given Ashley $2.5M and am sending $500k annually.”

On February 21, St Clair filed two New York Supreme Court petitions: one seeking sole legal custody of their alleged five-month-old son ‘RSC’, and another requesting a paternity test.

In her subsequent response, she emphasized, “We asked you to confirm paternity before our child was born. You refused. You weren’t supporting me, but our child until you withdrew most funds to control and punish me.”

She added pointedly, “It’s ironic that you attempted to silence me while using your own social media platform to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child.”
