Eid Ul Azha is an Islamic festival to commemorate the willingness of Hazrat Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) to follow Allah’s (God’s) command to sacrifice his son Ishmael. Muslims around the world observe this event.

Eid Ul Azha an Islamic event also known as feast of sacrifice,Muslims from all over the world celebrate it on the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah according to Islamic calendar.The dates vary from year to year amending approximately 11 days earlier each year.This occasion is being celebrated in the remembrance of Hazrat Ibrahim (Alahi Salaam) who sacrifice his son for Islam and Allah Almighty.Qurbani is the word that describes the sacrifice of an animal to Allah during the period of

Eid ul Adha.On Eid Ul Adha, which marks the completion of the annual Hajj pilgrimage.Ideally, the meat from Qurbani is divided in to three equal parts – one for the home, one for relatives and friends, and one for the poor and need.People greet another on this special occasion and enjoy their Eid with special meat dishes.

Eid Ul Azha as bring the message of sacrifice while forgetting that noting is more dearer to a Muslim except Allah.Allah love those who loves the poor and who has patient and ability to taught a stoical acceptance of suffering only for the sake of humanity and Islamism.After sacrificing their animals and distributing meat in poor and needy people everyone gathers around and start eating these delicious dishes.

Here are some of the recipes which are traditional and tasteful in their own way:

1.Beef Baryani Recipe:

Mixture of boiled rice with fried beef salan including many spices garnish with many herbs to give it a delicious taste and look.

2.BBQ (Tikka boti and Kabab)

3.Dum Pukht Gosht:

Mutton cooked in a very traditional Pakistani way a very yummy and spicy dish it takes about 60 minutes to get ready.

4.Peshawari chapli kabab:

Region in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan known as Peshawar is famous for its traditional dish peshawari chapli kabab,chopped and fried mutton or beef serve with special sauce made of yogurt and green chili.

5.Beef and Mutton Korma:

Traditional dish in Pakistan,Mutton cooked in some Indian spices and and tomato sauce.

6.grilled chops:

Spices marinated Chops of beef grilled on high temperature and served with green chili sauce and salad.

7.kaleji masala:

Mutton pieces are cooked with high spices and oil.

8.Mutton Pulao:

Fried meat when boiled in rice with sufficient amount of herbs and spices at the end garnish with deep fried onion.
