Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is famous for his imposing physique and was also crowned the Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine.
Now, his personal trainer Dave Rienzi has revealed the intense workout behind the muscles and imposing shoulders.
“Go lighter and focus on contracting and squeezing the shoulder blades together, controlling the negative portion of the exercise to increase time under tension,” Dave Rienzi, The Rock’s trainer, advises.
