Sting and his wife are selling their Manhattan condo. The luxurious pad, situated in one of the world’s most powerful buildings, is listed for $56 million and it offer buyers a remarkable view over Central Park.

Sting and wife Trudie Styler have decided to sell their luxurious Manhattan condo situated in one of the world’s most powerful buildings. The pad has been listed with Sotheby’s International Realty for $56 million, more than double the price the singer paid for it back in 2008 when he bought the penthouse.

The duplex is part of the iconic limestone-clad towers on 15 Central Park West, signed by Robert A.M. Stern with interiors by Lee F. Mindel . The penthouse spans 5,417 square feet and comes with a fabulous 396 square feet terrace that offers a magnificent view over Central Park.

When entering, guests are greeted by the dramatic sculptural winding staircase and an exclusive multi-panel wooden screen that bares the signature of the Italian sculptor and artists Piero Fronasetti.
