Audrey Hepburn’s former Los Angeles home, a stunning 7,000-square-foot property,  has been listed for sale at nearly $14 million.


The house, located in the neighborhood of Holmby Hills, was designed in 1938 by architect Paul Williams. Aside from Hepburn, other hollywood actors lived there, such as Mia Farrow, Eva Gabor, and David Niven.

”This estate represents a legendary chapter in Hollywood history. The home offers a stately presence and exquisite curb appeal with double iron gates leading onto a large brick motorcourt and elegant facade.” according to the sale announcement.


Featuring plenty of luxurious amenities, the house has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest house, a private tennis court, 1.1 acres of romantic gardens and lawns.

The property is perfect for dinner parties, as it has a formal foyer that leads to a spacious living room, an extravagant dining room, a large pool, a private tennis court.

As for the guest house, there is 700 square feet of space and a separate 1,000-square-foot staff apartment or office space.
