This might be the most Millennial job ever
Millennials are blamed for many things – from ruining industries because they don’t cater to their demographic to being called spoiled and entitled for not agreeing to inherit an economy that cannot offer them decent remuneration, as the Independent reports. Despite all that, the most millennial job has arisen.
Two years ago, a San Francisco-based company named Bateman Group looked for a “Talent and Vibe Manager”. “You need to be plugged in enough to find us the right venues, connected to the right people at the right hotels and basically able to leverage the very best of what Brooklyn and San Francisco have to offer,” Fred Bateman, CEO and founder of Bateman Group, said back then.
The job title became common in the United States, offering between $85,000 and $140,000 a year and requiring the person that has it to throw celebrity-filled parties with trendy playlists for tech companies and organise sushi dinners and excursions for baby boomers.
