Three unusual questions asked during job interviews at Google

The world’s largest companies are notorious for having difficult job interviews. Beyond the complexity of the résumé, the discussion with the employer can include questions that would challenge the potential employees.

Peter Roper, head of the Mobile Brand Strategy department at Google, recently revealed his unusual questions he asks candidates at job interviews.

His favourites are, “What’s on your bucket list?” “What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?” and “What’s your favorite color?”

Roger explained that, even though at first glance they do not seem relevant, their purpose is “to break the ice”.

The candidate will start talking about his own interests, will be more relaxed and the employer will be able to get to know him better than in a very formal talk.
